This position paper here has been prepared by the Eurospace FP9 Task force formed in April 2017 by mandate of Eurospace Council. The Position paper was formally endorsed by Eurospace Council on 20 November 2017. This position is complemented by a set of annexes providing more details on specific areas of the paper.
