Our activities
Eurospace maintains an organised watch on:
- European space budgets, based on primary official sources
- European space industry employment and revenues – via our proprietary annual facts & figures survey
- Global space activities – via our proprietary LEAT database
- New space start-ups – via our own Newspace Observatory
These quantitative tools are complemented by collecting and analysing relevant articles, publications and reports available to us through a variety of sources.
The wide reach of Eurospace space economy watch is also put at the service of focused research topics, at the request of our members, such as the recent deep dive on profit levels in the space industry, and in-depth analysis (and financial modelisation) of SpaceX.
This knowledge base supports the production of ad hoc analysis to promote the good understanding of space systems markets and dynamics at European and global levels within our members and European institutions.
Eurospace organises several webinars for members, to share the findings of our research. These webinars can be tailored to specific subjects (commercial constellations, small satellites, regional deep dives etc.).
We also publish two recurrent annual reports:
- The Global Space Context
- The Eurospace facts & figures
